What if I need to change my shipping address?

There’s always an option of changing your address on the my Account portal, just make sure to change your address before placing your order, but if you have already ordered and you want to change your address, then feel free to contact us via the Contact us page.

What if am not available when my order arrives?

You can always send a representative to receive the order on your behalf, but if that isn’t an option, the you can always contact us for further assistance.

Can I get same day delivery?

Yes. Same day delivery is possible for delivery locations within the FCT. 3 to 5 days for locations outside the FCT and 7 to 14 days for locations outside Nigeria.

How do I get a refund?

You can get a refund ONLY when Goods delivered are not in good condition (with proof) and this refund has a time line of 7 days from the day of delivery.

Is my Payment online Safe?

Sure, it is not only safe, it is recorded and a transaction receipt will be sent to you upon payment approval, and all this is done online, and within approximately 2minutes.

What are the Payment Methods?

When you get to the Checkout page, you will be presented with at least 8 payment methods, of which you can pay with your credit/debit card, make transfers and more.

What if I need to modify my order?

Your order can ONLY be modified before shipping is made. After shipping, order made and delivered in good condition cannot be returned.

How do I request a Return?

When the goods are not delivered in Good conditions, then you can either call or email us with proof that the Goods has a defect, and this should be done within 7 days after delivery has been made.

Can I make a return the same day it was Delivered?

Sure, if the defect is quickly spotted, you can request a return the same day.
