CEO’s Profile

Pastor Mrs Anita Zugwai Chukwu is the Managing Director of Zeemarite Events & Galleries, a unique center for uncommon fabrics, exquisite wears and beauty products with head office located in Abuja. She is also the Manager of JONALFA Hope International Foundation (JHIF), a philanthropic NGO. Zugwai is a graduate of Abuja Polytechnic and California South University with Distinction in Public Administration.

Zugwai has an outstanding character, charisma and a passionate vision for projecting the dignity of women through glamorous appearance and decency. Her ability to showcase and promote unique, gorgeous, trending and yet descent turnout is propelled by her ingenuity, fear of God and belief in practical evangelism. She is equally a prolific writer who regularly contributes to popular magazines.
In charity work, Mrs. Chukwu has immensely impacted humanity, especially the Nigerian less privileged through her demonstration of love of God and love of mankind. Beside her personally training a number of youths and the support of two orphanages through JONALFA Hope International Foundation, Anita embarks on an annual widows’ empowerment program in selected communities of the Federation. Thousands of widows and widowers benefit annually from this humanitarian project. Similarly, her NGO stages a seasonal back-to-school program for school age orphans and the fatherless where packages of assorted items are handed over to each child.

In 2017 she won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award organized by Women on Fire International. She also bagged an award of the Chief Executive Officer of the year by Papyrus Magazine same year. Her Northern Nigeria origin juxtaposed with her Eastern Nigerian marriage has positioned her as a highly detribalized leader and rising national figure. She exhibits absolute commitment to the Nigerian project through her appearance, publication and speeches. It is therefore not surprising that she supported her husband over the years to rise to an enviable rank in the Air Force.
